I went in to a store and i needed help looking for something. So i asked this lady for it, "Miss...excuse me MISS?" i followed behind her three times. She just kept staring off to something then walking away IGNORING ME! RUDE!. So i walked away thinking "God what a bitch..." then next day i went in and rolled my eyes when i saw her because once again i needed help and she was the only one around.

I saw some old guy walk up to her...and he began doing sign language...then she did the same. Now i feel just awful. It was only after that, that i realized that i've seen her a few times before and i have never actually heard her speak.

Dont worry about it, it was a misunderstanding, if you really feel that bad, have a pen and paper ready and go up to her and ask her for directions, often, you may need to touch her on the shoulder once to get her attention, then ask your question, with the pen and paper....

Besides, I aint saying it but she couldnt hear you anyways......no harm no foul.
