"voluntary " drug test!

This is BULL SHIT,

My station manager asked me today if i would volunteer to take a drug test, I mean, i HAD to say yes, i could not say no. that would be risking my job, i am also on 3 months probation because i just started, and when you are on probation, they can fire you for what ever they want, when ever they want.

so any way, is that legal? my job requires no equipment operating and i basicly sit in a chair all day and turn a knob,

tomorrow i get to go my doctor and piss in a cup or what ever and then have a good chance of getting fired.

any one know how long it takes for thc to get out of you?!

And yes that is legal it was voluntary. Plus, some jobs don't look for marijuana they may just be searching for harder shit.

That's nice and all, but it's not something you actually expect them to do. The first drug test is more like a screening thing to weed out the heroin addicts, I've never been given a test after I actually got the job. Unless they show up stoned to work, making your employees take periodic drug tests is nothing more than needless pestering.

Voluntary, anyway. You could just as easily tell them no and have a better chance of keeping your job. If you know you're going to fail the test anyway and get fired I don't see the point in actively pursuing your own termination.

A number of major employers say its voluntary, but if you refuse they will just reject you. Yes, drug tests are quite common actually. I know many people. most who don't do any drugs, that are subjected to drug tests when they start their jobs.

Do not flush!!!!! Do not flush... Flushing your system with water is really bad. Bad bad bad.

Most drug test labs do a test for hydration, so basically, if your piss is tested and the tests come in that you had too much water in your piss, you'll have to retake the test. Water will also discolor the pee, which you can take lots of Vitamin C to give the piss its natural color.

Flushing with cranberry juice is your best bet, and if not, then bring friend's piss.

What you say may very well be true, but the fact remains that there are people who willingly choose it over a much-needed job. :p I dunno if it's the pot influence or just that the people who do that are fools and retards, but there you are.

I think pot's worst side effect is the way it screws with your judgment. I wouldn't want to see a stoned person drive a car while I'm driving near them... but even that would be better than a stoner operating heavy machinery. xD
