To be honest, your best chances of getting noticed first, is to hook up with a local emcee or vocalist who can work with your beats, get a demo/ep made up, start passing it out on the streets, in your schools, even to any local hip hop stations. Then get a website made up, or even a myspace will do for starters, then when people ask you what you've done and why should they buy from you, you'll have some more cred to throw back other than good reviews on NG.
