As for your walking/running cycle, all he does is wave his limbs around. His legs move exactly like his arm, which is retarded but its not bad.

Artwork is for art forum.
The animation on the other hand, is very nicely done. Is it frame by frame? If so, than it is very impressive. Now try and make a whole flash with your new animation skills!

with the gun pic, I suggest he has his head turned so he's looking where he's shooting, or have the gun at a cheating out angle(like a 3/4 view).
Oh, and the animation is not running. You did do a good job with the outline tho. It's not eased enough and he has no knees, head over to the forums on http://www.stickpageportal.com and scroll down to the flash tutorials. It'll help you out a ton, I swear it.

That's 'cause he clearly copied it from Warhammer 40K
anyway, the animation is good concidering it's your first (that is, if it is your first) but i would work on making his knees move aswell, his legs look too stiff
