Incorrect. Contrary to popular belief, Nazis actually had to team up with another party to gain a majority, and then they put the SA in a parliament meeting. Anyone denying Adolf were escorted out and never seen again. That was the end of the WEIMAR REPUBLIC.

Nazi Germany was a DICTATORSHIP. The "elections" held during Nazi Germany only had the Nazi Party on the ballot paper. Every other party but the Nazi party was illegal. That is not democracy.

There is a big difference between the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany.

well kinda. they managed to get the support of president hindenburg and the reluctant acceptance of the several liberal and conservative parties cuz they were all shit scared of the rise of the communists and social democrats. the KDP and SD were very powerful at the time, huge support amongst the working classes. i suppose it seemed logical to the interests and expectations of middle class liberals etc. at the time, but as we know in hindisght they were incredibly short sighted in seeing fascism as the lesser of two evils.
