also, regardless of the lip synching, the dialogue in generallly is awful.

It can't nearly be as bad as Megaman 8.

It's almost as bad: at least in MM8, the girly voice Megaman had made sense since he was a kid: X shouldn't have a girly voice, since he appears to be around the human equivalent of late teens to early 20s.

Zero's voice was alright, he just sounded so whiny and wimpy.

Megaman X5 was better since X sounded male and Zero more badass. Megaman X6 was even better because they kept the Japanese ones.

That's because they didn't change the mouth animations to match the english audio, they just reused the ones that went along with the Japanese audio.

If you switch the VA option to Japanese, the lines and mouth movements match and end perfectly.
