Basically don't act like a 10-12 year old. If you're posting on the forums, actually contribute to the conversation rather than post one word or one liner posts that add little content to the conversation. If you're reviewing, give actual reasons as to why the flash was good or bad. When marking abusive reviews, make sure that the reviews are actually abusive before flagging them.
