Ordered a ps3

I ordered one of ebay however when i got it didnt fucking work been angry for the past 2 days. When i hit the red light it turns green then yellow then back to red. Does this all the time. Oh and i put Metal gear solid 4 in thinking it would take it. I had to take my entire ps3 apart to rip out mgs4. Thank god for Return policies.

One of my PS3's didn't work out of the box, another died within two weeks, this third one hasn't died yet.

It's almost like my Xbox 360 experience aside from the fact those last until a week after their warranty is up, THOSE FUCKERS.

I actually broke the ps3 more while taking it apart than it was when i received it. I LOVE HOW THE BOX SAYS FRAGILE AND WHEN I RECEIVE IT THERES A HUGE GASH IN THE SIDE OF THE BOX.(never trust the government) Anyway i removed the front peice where the Playstation 3 logo was. Then removed a series of screws. After that removed the cd holder. I took a pair of tong like things and yanked it out.

Ebay is ok to order off of you just need someone with a HIGH feedback and score. Make sure they have a return policy as well.

That's the Yellow Light of Death, a small percentage of PS3s suffer from that. I think it's from corrupting the hard drive. Not sure though. You can replace the hard drive easily with a notebook sata hard drive.

Either way that YLOD could of bricked the console. Next time post this is the VG forum.

Yeah i lost a couple of screws and i accidentally ripped some sort of wire on the inside so i doubt it will ever work after that lmao.
