The creativity of yours is nothing short on amazing but where do you get the inspiration to patch up these kind of ideas or was this purely imaginative?

BTW I really love the Coloring job on this one how many layer's did you apply colors so far?

This whole thing was from my brain, I only got the inspiration from browsing a page of wikipedia based on the Portugese Man o' war ^^

I just wacked out that sketch you saw at the start, and then I've just added details and stuff as I've gone on.

Basically for every update, I make one layer for the lineart, and then one layer for colors! I'm sure it's not the most efficient way to do it, but I didn't really plan any color pallette when I started so i've just added stuff as I went on :P

teh man of war has returned and this time, hes pissed off!

Whoa, this is coming along brilliantly! LOVE all the fine details, and although on the zoomed out version you can't see the fine, fine details, it comes together as a whole brilliantly. At first glance, the colours look a bit out of place, but once you stare at it for a bit, it kinda gives it that deadly, rusted outcast look.

Also, I have, pretty much, an unofficial phobia of jellyfish. I live in South Australia, and in the winter at Robe, the beach is sand on the beach is BLUE with dead bluebottles. But they're tentacles can still kill you. Gotta love Australia, home of some of the world's deadliest creatures :D

Hee hee, thanks for the compliments! It's really good fun, although I think the color meshing thing is kindof down to luck than by design. I've literally just thought "Hey this'll be good here" and gone with that.

Yeah, gonna start the shooty arm tonight, should have that finished by tommorow. Then it's just a case of making some suitable background!

Umm... ok, I got a few;

-Deep, deep below the ocean, with tonnes of tiny jellyfish, and they get darker as they get further away (I know you already know this obviously, because of you're freaking sweet shading skills, I was just telling you about the effect of the background)

-In a tank, as part of some mad scientists laboratory

-futuristic junkyard, floating around all the other futuristic just. Literally floating I mean, not laying there.

-terrorizing a city

..yeah thats all I got right now.

Anyway, heres a couple more...

-on display in a museum, with tiny minuscule people looking up at it. Minuscule in perspective that is.

-or just do some totally surreal thing. Like floating around in a red sky, with other futuristic, crazy small jellyfish.
