the only reason it would be 14mb is if you didn't compress the sounds and the flash.

Go to the flash library. Right click each song>>Export Settings
Click MP3 on the drag down menu, and the default should be 16KBPS
Do that with every song, and your file size should go way down.
@ all fruitshits who're telling him how to optimize his file-- that's helpful advice, but there are also lots of movies on NG above the limit that Tom approved. At a certain point, you can't get your file any smaller without removing parts of your movie, and no one wants to do that. It's certainly possible that he needs to optimize things, but it's also possible that he's done that and has a completely different question to ask. And the answer to his question is yes. Tom will reply eventually to any serious mail he gets-- it takes a few days, but he'll get back to you.

I posted that in a blind rage. optimizing your file is something you should definitely do-- make sure your audio settings are at a good compromise between quality and file size, use symbols instead of reusing vectors, etc.
