How can you find music to use?

For in a Flash game or movie, how can you find music that you can use in it?

Can you use music from the audio portal of newgrounds, and do you have to ask permission of the author, or is it enough to give credit?

How comes some flashes use music from bands, isn't it copyright violation?

What are good places to find music to put in a flash game for putting on newgrounds?

The audio portal is for submitting music for FREE and allowing flash authors to use it all they want as long as they have permission from the audio artist.

And when people put music from bands in their flashes.. they have most likely bought the song and downlaoded it from itunes or whtv.

Its on newgrounds for a reason, so that you drunken hicks anc use it in you cool ass flash movies and shit. I like the one about the Brawl tautns or whatever its caleld XD
