Gah. I hate going to the gym. The end result is usually exhaustion and a general feeling that I just got beat up, but thats to be expected. Hopefully overtime this will help with my sleep and get some muscle on the side.

Anyone here ever experience better sleep with more exercise?

The worst part about it is when you have to get in smelly clothes when you're perfectly comfortable with what you're already wearing.

If it wasn't for that or all the girls wearing short shorts and bending over for stretches, it'd be just fine.

Some gyms are tough, especially Sunyshore, but just use some rock type pokemon and you should be alright.

Yea I lift around 12-1pm and feel pretty tired by the end of the day giving me a better sleep.

I don't really leave the gym with the same feeling as you though, heh.

The reason that you hate the gym because you're getting exhausted is probably because you work out a bit and then eat unhealthy stuff and go to bed late.. this way your body has more stress and working out can be a pain..

I'm actually trying a new thing I found on lifehacker, hundredpushups.. I haven't been working out for a while and this is actually a pretty good program that got me in shape again :)

I go all the time., but i feel good after i'm done. It's probably because my body is used to the physical strain that it endures all the time.

Just stick with it, and you will feel good about yourself.

Make sure you are eating right, stretching before and after, and incorporating both anaerobic, and aerobic exercises.

You should be doing it at LEAST 3 times a week, but i go Monday through Friday. (mostly because i have nothing better to do lol.)

I didn't mind weight training when I was in the class in school... and I really saw a difference in what I could lift.

But I fucking hate cardio workouts. I force myself onto our exercise bike sometimes, but other than that I don't do much.

Except when you've been injured and you decide to put yourself on an insane exercise program to get your fitness back really quickly. Then it feels more like bondage.
