I've been scoping out an upscale, oriental restaurant for awhile now and the location is perfect... it's on the westside of town, just off the freeway. The registers are literally 6' from the front door... I've noticed they only have three cameras in the lobby area and might be a little too far away to blind with the flashlight.
I am not wearing a mask this time for a few reasons, so I went over to RiteAid and stole myself a pair of those 80's bugEye sunglasses. I'm also gonna just mess up my hair and rub some dirt on my face. I may look and feel stupid, but any eyewitnesses will have extreme difficulty identifying a person they've only ever seen in women's sunglasses.
This will probably go down shortly after midnight when I get off work.
I'm gonna park way out of sight and just wait until there are no cars in that parking lot. When I go in, I'm gonna have them put the money in one of those takeout bags, sure it gives them more of a chance to go for a gun, but leaves less evidence. I'm thinkin just run in pointing my gun and tell them to open both registers!!
I'm gonna be doing all kinds of crazy Screamin' while I'm lookin' around for the others... I just wanna throw them off fast and hard so they do as I say... I gotta be in & out of there in under 3 minutes.
Surveilance photos
Anyways, what else should I be looking for in the days leading up to the commission of the crime, should I scream "Open that Fukin' safe!" or "Empty those Registers Now!?"
Also, I've watched more of those "stupidest criminals" videos and have been trying to pick up some things I should'nt do... so I also got that going for me.
The target date is now Saturday, July 26th.

You should make racist comments. Then the cops will be looking for a racist. But, of course, that's not you.
Is it?

Isn't this evidence?
Oh well. Good luck. Clear your history afterward.

Make sure to block the doorways with cars so the cops can't get in.
And if you plan on escaping, make sure you drive a car inside before blocking the doors off.
That way you can escape, it should be easy to lose all your wanted stars and you won't have to shoot anything.

This thread sounds like it's going to be talked about on the news or something. "And then, the criminal was found boasting on the internet, where the police tracked down his IP Address and arrested him. Back to you, Ken". Have fun in Juvy!

Check out the double doors to see if one set has a turn lock or something similar. You might want to engage it behind you to prevent a good samaritan from foiling your robbery with a blunt object.
I would recommend staying close to the door, and keeping as much distance between you and any other person. You definitely do not want to engage someone with a hero complex and 7-8 feet allows you yelling and intimidation room before they try something drastic.
Also, don't actually ever try something so dumb. Someone that you know will recognize your picture, even if it's in like 3-6 months on a crimestopper blurb and you will go down. It's not worth the risk of ever having to fire your gun either.

This is a very bad idea, but OK, I'll bite.

This is a bad assumption. You shouldn't wear a disguise that can be accidentally bumped off or is likely to be pulled off if a confrontation happens. The best outfit would be a coat and long pants, with gloves on (always, always, always wear gloves), and a balaclava with the mouth sewn shut. If you put on a pair of shades after that, not only will you look ridiculous, but they'll also not be able to identify your ethnicity, which is a good thing. If you absolutely are not wearing a mask, then at least wear a wig.
This will probably go down shortly after midnight when I get off work.
Don't do it without a decent alibi.

When you run in, jump behind the counter. This makes sure they aren't going to pull a shotgun on you, or hit an alarm button.
I'm gonna be doing all kinds of crazy Screamin' while I'm lookin' around for the others... I just wanna throw them off fast and hard so they do as I say... I gotta be in & out of there in under 3 minutes.
The yell and scream method is definitely the best for subduing the staff, but it could incite heroics from patrons. Make sure you don't turn your back on any of the customers if you use this approach.
Anyways, what else should I be looking for in the days leading up to the commission of the crime, should I scream "Open that Fukin' safe!" or "Empty those Registers Now!?"
Going for the safe usually takes too much time. If you can get out in less than a minute, that gives you about ten to get away before the police get there.
Also, I've watched more of those "stupidest criminals" videos and have been trying to pick up some things I should'nt do... so I also got that going for me.
The number 1 thing that gets people caught is the getaway. If the car is too far away for the restaurant employees to make out the exact make and model, that' s a huge plus. Also, encrust your rear licence plate with mud before the job.
