Usually I just knuckle down with my big headphones on and nothing playing, helps me concentrate.

Chew gum, and listen to some songs that are to the mood of your animation. To get you into the mood.

I'm the exact same, I just block out the rest of the world with my headphones, but no music at all means I can think clearly...if I need music, I've recently been listening to Dani California by Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and I like to animate to that, but I prefer silence...

I have 3D modelled a robot while listening to Daft Punk. I didn't even realise until I was nearly finished, it just put me in the zone.

Get out your iPod/Zune/Mp3 Player and put on Shuffle/Random and just listen from there.

If you don't have any of those,go to your computer music software and play that.

If you don't have that...wtf?

I usually like to listen to calm music, maybe like calm rock or sometimes even happy hardcore techno. >.<

I just play T.V. in the background. Comedy movies/shows specifically, that way, when things get stressful, I just jump on the couch and watch some boob tube.

Try listen to some soft music, songs similar to Against All Odds by Phil Collins (I know it's quite an old song, but it's good =D)
