I'd do some pretty crazy shit if i couldn't feel pain either, but in this case, not much.

It would actually be a bad idea, because all around you are your loved ones dying, and your (or their) predecessors would feel alienated from you. Media hype and attention from about the entire world would make you feel like a freak, and after about 50 to 100 years you wouldn't really know anybody and be treated as a freak.

You couldn't kill yourself because you were invincible, and if you tried you would end up feeling incredible amounts of pain.
