Ok Sony, I Bought In!

Beacuse the deal was much too good to pass up. 80mb harddrive, came with MSG4 and all the cables I needed to hook it up (Didn't Sony have an issue with cords when the PS3 was released?) for $527.
Thank you Sony, thank you for offering a deal so sweet that I made up my mind and chose my side in this console war.

Did I make the right decison or buy into some BS system?

I got a 120 GB HDD for my "BS system" that also comes with all the cables included with games that I enjoy.

Plus all of my friends have an Xbox 360, so it's a plus to have Xbox Live so I can play with them.

It's a pretty standard deal if you mean 80 GB harddrive, which you obviously do. The bundle is $500 and HDMI cables can run as cheap as $10. If your price includes sales tax, then you got a couple of dollars shaved off the price.

Looking at the 2008-2009 releases for the PS3, you'll have a lot to keep you busy.

I have all 3 next gen (or now gen or whatever you want to call them) systems and the ps3 is great, especially it's bluray. Anyway, with some great titles coming out for the ps3 I'm glad i have it, so don't worry if someone tells you it sucks, because it doesn't.

Seriously, a game isn't high quality until it has been released and proved it is high quality; just look at Mario Sunshine not being good, Rogue Squadron 3 being a pile of shit, FFXI being a complete and total fail, or MGS2 sucking ass beyond belief. A game isn't great until it has reached shelves and proved itself to be great.

Where as 360 only has Bioshock and Oblivion(came out for 360 first, so its their's) Mass effect, CnC3, Halo 3, ff13(thats right muthafucka, game over for you) Gears of War, and Orange Box plus a collection that runs the gambit like the PS3 collection

Plus the Wii which has Zelda, Metroid, Boom Blox,Wii Sports, Mario Galaxy, and a bunch of casual crap.
