Need help with my PC

Well...... Recently... My pc just started popping up windows that say "Attention Dave! You are infected with a virus that can deleted your programs of C:/ WINDOWS! We recommend you to download an antispyware (optins OK and Cancel)

I never press ok since with my other pc the exact thing happened..... I pressed ok and my pc fucked up..... but now..... everytime I get to a page (except Newgrounds strangely) That fucking pop-up still keeps appearing whick alway links me to http://free-viruscan.com/id/4912933/4/1/
whick I know it listes you like 1658 viruses (first error always the same quantity) so I need your help Newgrounds.....

you need to google for a virus scan thing. I recommend norton virus scan. It comes in a google package along with spyware doctor and it's free.

Plz guy I need direct link...... I can't search on google....... that add appears and makes it appear as "about:blank".... I press back but I can't get to google....

It's a virus. I recommend getting Avast or something similar and then scanning.
