Keeping this thread bumped- PLUS I want some feedback on my batman *work in progress!*

No offense meant to Evilcactus, but I far prefer your Joker voice to his. The only thing that sounds like it needs some work is the laugh (and the laugh is of the upmost importance in order to play the Joker right).

Batman sounded pretty good too.

I could tell you put a little more work into your joker than your batman, but i prefer evilcactus for the joker, your batman was good but it could still use a little work.

I got a menu preview almost complete!!!

It seems long with the joker thing so I may just cut off the beginning...

Looks like a great start. I personally would add more detail to the body, but it depends how far you go with it.

I think they're both really great Jokers. I don't really want to jump into anything right now so we'll have to wait for Swift's final word. Unfortunately he won't be back 'till Monday. :(

Hey man that's a great idea. I think waaaay too many people are gonna just use Joker or the movie characters. I'm personally going for Mr. Freeze. :D

Also, once the audio ends I'm gonna have a background liek the Dark knight and the regular Dark Knight theme play and the menu appears!!!

The bevel on the cloud is just really bad looking, try shading with colors, it would look alot better if you just shade it .
you can find ways around using filters, like using gradients and alphas instead.

Ya i cut that part out completely... check out the preloader!! if it lags tell me and I will fix it...

I like it, but two major things i think would make it much better.

1.) if you played off the high and low points of the song you have playing, even if its as simple as timing lightning to go with it.
2.) it would be sweet if you had a montage of scenes from the collab playing on the left and right sides of it, slightly transparent and without sound.

Alright I'm throwing it out there.

I will totally record a voiceover for anybody that is using Robin or Nightwing.

I geuss I'll make up some lines or something and record a sample later.

i just had a really good idea for a menu:
Ok so you see a building and then once the movies done loading it explodes into the bat symbol and then giant fiery bat symbol says play all, then two joker cards fly onto the screen and one says "scene selection" and one says "bios or credits or something" then when you press play a joker card flys onto the screen and covers everything and you hear the joker laugh. I just thought it would be pretty cool.

I know, I already PM'd him about who I needed for voice actors already. There's only so much time left to work on this! It's quite a bit at the moment, but still!

I think we should all list the characters we're using to aid in the whole voice acting casting deal.
I'm going to be using:
Batman
Scarecrow
Riddler

Also, Here's what I got for my batman now. Still a work in progress :D

keep working on the details, but looks much better than the one you posted before.

That's probably best. That way, once certain characters have voice actors established we won't be getting (as many) people all auditioning for the Joker, and direct those still interested in providing characterizations towards characters who still need actors.

and yea my BA is 3.65, not high enough for this collab, thats only because i stopped animated for newgrounds awhile back. And my skills have gone way up. but im not gonna go on about that, if it's not too late then ill just show you what i can do

Nope, it's definitely not too late to join. This thing is still open for anyone who wants to be a part!

Since SwiftStylerX isn't back yet, you can send something to me and I can check it out. We're both using the same criteria so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Alternatively, you can just wait a couple more days for Swift to get back from his holiday and send him some of your work. Either way, you're gonna have to show something because your batting average is not quite up to par.
