Wow, this was on the 4th page. Sorry for being inactive, but my parents are gone for a week, so I've been spending time outside of the house so I'm not all lonely and stuff, lol. Also, school starts for me on Monday, so I've kind of just been really worried about that.

I'll try to keep this as active as I can for now, until my life slows back down a bit.

I think everyone can understand that + we all have plenty of time with parts not being due till late october (right?) I just hope people arn't have arsing their work, or I will be super pissed (lets face it we have potential)

Any updates are fine. Whether is be an animation update, or a script update. As long as I know you haven't completely abandoned it, and at least came up with ideas, then you're good.

Hey swift, i'm like tied down with school work that's why i haven't been able to post any updates so far.
I'm not sure if i could actually finish my part on time, i'm a little too busy now, but i really like to contribute something. If by mid Sept i still haven't get it started then i'll probably quit, If not i'm still in. If thats alright with you.
I'll be using joker in my part, although i think almost everyone will be using joker too. Here's my Joker's design.

You guys are going to have to try and help me keep this active for the next few days. I've just been too busy to keep it on the first or second page.

Xennethy, I think the design kind of looks a little cartoonish. But, if you can keep it in the serious theme, then it's fine.

But then again, I'm aiming for a Halloween release, so we could be going up against some awesome Halloween flashes.

I have come up with the system of how the flashes will be arranged. Any part over 30 seconds long, will have it's own slot on the menu. Everything about 10-20 seconds long will be placed in a "reel".

In the middle will be, "The Dark Knight Reel", and then around it will be all of the flashes that have their owns slots. I think it's a cool idea.

sweet, sounds like a good idea to me.

I just hope people don't add too much filler to make their parts long enough to stand on their own. I'd rather have a good 15 second part than a shitty 2 minute part.

I doubt it would come down to that, unless everyone makes their parts as epic as mine, yours, and Jibbo's (lol). If it does though, I guess I would just have to split some things around evenly.

A lot of different things could be done. We could make it so me, and the 9 co-authors all get 10% of the money. We may have some people who won't want a small amount of money, and just ask that we split the money 9 ways instead, or something.

We could donate it to charity, we could pass it down to another flash. I could be greedy and keep all of the money and laugh in your faces.

I don't know, a lot of things could happen, and we'll decide it as a collab.

good question. i cant continue without the voices ,just some more fighting animation.
then i need to do some lip sync and stuff. but then i need the voices.
but its not rush because we should be finished before Halloween.
but i really want to be finished ASAP

maybe you could get the word out on the project or something get as many people you know to see it, maybe Warner Bros. would officially endorse it or something that would be badass

I doubt they'd endorse it unless it was like, waterlollies quality.

But I plan to spread the word about it to everyone I know once its completed.

It's waaay too similar to Gotham Knight for them to endorse it. Even if it WAS Waterlollies quality the biggest "endorsement" would maybe be like a Director's Cut thing. Even still, there's no way, lol.

gotham knight was awesome, i rented it in HD and it was amazing.

Loved every minute of it.

I haven't posted in a while because things got really busy for me, I don't expect having another update for a week or two

yea same here. im kinda worried about school right now. dammit its comin fast. So i may cut some of my animation, because what ever i've finished by school is all ill have to give.

okay question, i know you want everyone to have the same voice actors.. but could i just add in my own evil laugh for the riddler? or will that be strictly forbidden

It's coming along surprisingly well x.o I didn't think I'd start until a week before the due date, but I'm already halfway finished -- barring voices/lipsync/inbetweens/color.
