You lot should check out Gus Saldanha he is an animator on NG who makes superhero shorts. Although I don't think he has for a while, if you get in contact you never know. I really like his cartoons.

im kinda agree with Mysticshinhanku here, its not that i didn't like the other demo of the guy whos gonna do [Almost] ALL the voices.. come on give him a break..
Mysticshinhanku really showed some skills in his demo too.

Thanks, dude, but it's cool. I've heard dapootieman's stuff before. There was an audition posted with about 3 male roles and about 30 or 40 people auditioned...it was crazy. I see that one guy gets all the parts. What are the odds??? I have to know who this guy is! I look up his demo, and sure enough, I totally agreed with the producer and I immediately told dapootieman to go get famous.

It's all good, he's really talented. While a huge range is awesome, I personally think it's nicer to give that extra variety for the listener with a good ear for similarities, but with dapootieman, I'm not offended in the least. I wouldn't be much of a sportman if I was :p

Thanks though - and snowfreak, that's my crappy demo - I need to make a new one... the voices sound to alike. But I'd totally voice bitch for you anybody haha.

Also, MysticShinHanKu, you can still audition for any of the other characters on Snowfreaks list, if you'd like. I don't want dapootieman to feel overwhelmed or anything, so it would be great to have you voice some of the characters as well. You are also extremely talented, so please consider auditioning for the other characters.

Particularly because dapootieman sent me a message today, saying he'll only do the voices that are already set for him in that list, because he's more familiar with them, and busy with other projects. So all of those other voices are still open.

Hey no biggie man, I'd say keep working on it when you have free time, just don't obsess over it.

Who knows, people have done more in less time, maybe you could pull it out in time.

Just a finished background for now. The faded out frame thing is an ActionScript camera I got off of a friend, it'll be gone from the finished product.

Is the vcam AS2 or AS3? Because there could be conflicting AS going on. Also, the background looks nice. I like it.

Ah, shit, I'm still using Flash MX 2004. I don't know if that's even AS2...

I haven't used the vcam for any panning or zooming yet, so if you need I can take it out, unless somebody knows where to find an AS3 version.

It's not so simple, I'm afraid. CS3 can easily handle .fla's from all previous versions of Flash, but when you open a document in CS3, it asks you which version of ActionScript you want to use. AS2 isn't compatible with AS3, and vice versa.

I AM using the latest version of flash, but I will be using AS2 for the collab, just because I haven't learned AS3 and don't really every plan to. If this is a problem with anyone, let me know. It shouldn't be a problem, other than Vcam's (which can easily be replaced for an extra 10 minutes of work). Because right now, no one has made an official menu or preloader, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Will you be replacing them yourself, or will you provide the necessary information to swap the vcam out? I'm good either way, I was just wondering. Trying to get the whole picture, as it were.

My account has nothing on it that showcases my animating talent, and if you give me a part, you will not be disappointed.

Since you don't have a batting average and we can't really judge you from your current submission(s), you have two choices:
1. You can send a more recent animation/test/whatever to either SwiftStylerX or myself, or
2. You can try making a part but risk being rejected after all of your hard work if it doesn't meet our standards. I wouldn't recommend this option.

So yeah, feel free to PM either of us with any more questions.

I just want everyone to know, that throughout the week I will be sending PM's to everyone who has not given me an update since they joined, or not recently. If I send you a PM, and you do NOT have an update for me, then you may lose your chance of being a co-author.

I don't need animation updates, you can just give me a script update instead. It's really not very much to ask, considering you just have to think for 10 seconds, and then reply. So please don't take this as a huge threat, since it's easy to avoid.

Anyone new that has joined have nothing to worry about, or if you were on the list from before. I'll keep updating the list as I get more updates from the members of the collab.
