Well I saw Batman Begins and Christian Bale did a Superior job with his role as batman. Michael Caine is one of the best supporting actors of all time. I would imagine Adding Heath Leager as the joker would only increase the overall rating of this awesome thing the batman series has going on.

All opening box office income proves is that it's popular. Also, a new record in opening weekend sales isn't necessarily a new record in opening weekend number of views. There's always inflation.

I was fortunate to see the movie last night on opening day. Let me say that it is (so far), the best movie of the year. It's so much as Christian Bale that does the acting, but Heath Ledger, and Aaron Eckhart do phenomenal jobs too. Ledger brings out the psychotic side of the Joker, while still being silly and having his fun. His best moments are when he is up close with (most of the time, they're victims) people, with his knife out. Eckhart, who eventually becomes Two-Face, can really become quite a forceful character; a mean sunuvabitch. Go see the movie, it is the best comic book turned into a movie yet. And on a side note, there was an impressive preview for Watchmen, which looks superb too.

I saw the midnight show on Thursday night.

I saw Dark Knight last night with my girlfriend and it kicked ass. She wasn't a fan of Batman Begins for some unknown reason, but we both agreed this was by far the best Batman movie ever. Im thinking this is just one of the best phycological thrillers ever as well.

Im seeing it again tonight, and probably once again once I get a chance to see it in an IMAX theatre, which I've heard is just epic.
