umm my flash on new grounds is the only copy of that anmation and my computer crashed and so i was wondering if since you host the file could you make a copy of it for me.

View, Page Source/View Source, search for '.swf', copy the link of your flash file, put it into the browser, file, save page as. Then save to harddrive.
If you are asking for the .fla file, newgrounds doesnt have it, you will need to use a decompiler of something.
