Note, I have copied this directly from my userpage post, but it seems nobody reads those anyway, so here I go.
It occurred to me when I was just randomly thinking, like I generally do, that there may be a rather reasonable cure to cancer. I didn't really think this through, but the general idea makes sense to me. Ok, I think that if you take the part of a brain cell and put it in a cancer cell somehow, maybe by a virus, you could stop the uncontrolled growth because the brain cell in most cases won't grow after development in childhood. That or the brain cell is commanded by the brain not to grow but that doesn't make much sense to me for some reason. The general idea seems sound, but I don't know much in this field so I can't be sure if this would work.
