Nice thread.
Most of your post is already covered on the BBS rules page, but this might be a way to get some of the not-so-smart users to finally get a drift of a few of the more important rules.

I wouldn't call this backseat modding, it's more like an outburst of frustration. He explains many things that are being asked over and over by new users, and the answers are not to be found in the faq.
Still it makes little sense to create a thread about this if you ask me.

Josh Bedn is a guy who hacked into all these NG accounts and took them over for a little bit. He has a slogan-thing people say, "he stealz ur candy!" Wade Fulp is the older brother of the creator Tom Fulp and he watches the Flash Portal Ross was an NG admin, but left to work for Yahoo earlier this year Video Games have there own forum, so stop making forums about video games and/or characters in General, Dammit! You have to be 13 years old at minimum to join (well, you should be) photoshop thread should go the art forum, but there are a lot in the general forum now.

I've got an idea! Why don't we all post the rules and continue posting in threads about the rules until everybody understands them. We won't talk about anything else. Every forum will be the rules forum.
