At the moment I have a sumemr job covering in shifts for people who are on vacation. My job itself is guiding people with a mild mental disability. My CV is like one page, since I have hardly any experience or degree's thus far. Don't know how many applicants there were, but somehow they picked me, even though I have no degree (which you actually need), but because I'm in college studying in this line of field, they supposed it was alright.
My job is awesome, half the time I just sit around drinking coffee and having a lot of fun with the clients.

Nah, we just do covers of rock and country. Some of the songs I don't like and I kind of space off, but otherwise it's all good. The practices can get long though, 6-9 hours on a very hot Sunday. I have lots of Mountain Dew for energy and our band runs on coffee.

I'm a stay at home mom.
Sometimes I remote desktop into work and do some accounting. I've been really busy lately and haven't been working. I'll be working full time again when my kid goes to preschool.

What job do you have?
Negotiating offers from here and there, mostly related to electronics, computers, programming the ass-end of the internets (rack-mounted routers and other such closet-monsters)
How many pages is your cv?
3. 9 if you count diplomas, 11 if you count letters of recommendation.
Roughly how many applicants were at your job?
Normally there are very few, given the kind of work i do. Average about 10~20 people.
any tips?
ALWAYS cover your own ass. Nobody else will do it for you.

It's the English equivalent of a résumé, my American friend to be precise.
