While having what you want to show visible on your screen, press ''Prt Scr'' or ''Print Screen'' on your keyboard (see image below). Then, open up any image editing program (you can use MS Paint) and click Ctrl + V, or, Right-Click > Paste.

Cut out what the part you want to show and save it.

Simply pressing it won't give you the image. AFTER pressing it, open up MS Paint
. Once there, click Control + V or (in Paint) go to Edit > Paste. This will paste the whole screen inside Paint. Now, cut out the relevant part using the Selection tool (first tool to the top right) and save it as a .jpg so that you can post it here.

In any case, what browser are you using? Doesn't closing it and opening it again solve it? Try clicking Ctrl + F5 and see what happens.
