oh... I guess I never knew you were really supposed to pay sales tax on out of state purchases, I thought that was just an unspoken leisure. This only applies to goods purchased though right? Not services/contract labor?

That had to suck, my dads friends coffee shop was audited a few years back and he ended up finding stolen money soo i guess audits are not all that bad, especialy if you tend to loose 4k and not notice it...
