Just kill them.

It solves the problem with convicted murders, crime.. doers.... .

And it sends out a message to the crime organization that if they value their life, they won't commit a crime.

Or we could still keep them in nice warm prisons where they're fed 3 square meals a day and allowed excersize.

That'll teach criminal scum.
