Eh I say you can judge and submit, you just can't vote on your own stuff obviously. Personally immune, as you're a pretty accomplished musician, I think it would be incredbily beneficial to the contest to have you judging, I think you should judge even if it means forfeiting. And I'm not just saying that to reduce competition for me :D
