I've never seen Lost, but I highly recommend starting from the beginning if you're going to watch Heroes as it is very plot sensitive. NBC used to show all their episodes on their website a year ago,but last I checked they stopped showcasing all of them.

Heroes of Might and Magic however, those are some good games, I have been playing the fith one lately remake I think and it is great, the towns are far better than on the third game and the music is amazing, especially the choral of the Haven town.
When this post hits 88 mph, you're going to see some serious friendship.

Both shows are awesome, I highly recommend you watch Heroes from episode 1, the show is like an epic saga, so you don't have to miss a thing.

Heroes is yamming great. During the Writers strike, NBC just stopped airing Heroes X_X. Only bad thing is, IF YOU DONT WATCH FROM EP 1 your not going to understand all of it.
