Don't need to.... all you need to do is start the game got to your spray options and click "Import Spray" or something like that. Then you just go into your screeeshots from the window that opens up, select the file and click import (WARNING THERE ARE VARIABLES I AM NOT SURE THE BUTTON NAMES ARE CORRECT) and there you go, you now have a sceenshot spray.

Actually, you have convert a picture into .vtf (Valve Texture File) with VTFEdit.
If you want to make a spray from scratch or from a picture, go here and here.

Just know that the information I gave you is for creating sprays for games like Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead.

It's quite simple... you go into the tools menu click on no collide, right click on one of the ragdolls and just pose from there, the faces is a bit more dificult due to having multiple parts to change in order for the face to appear properly.... for the best face posing right click on the ragdolls face that you will be posing then press and hold C this will bring up only the face posing menu, that way you can see what value your changing on the ragdolls face. Finger posing same thing, and that's pretty much how it's done...
