There are fireflies around my house...i kill them anyway. What they think because they glow they get special treatment? no sir...you die just like the rest of the bugs. Just because your ass glows doesn't mean you glow in my heart. If i stuck a lightbulb up my ass and lit it that wouldn't make me special....sorta...and it doesn't make you special! how arrogant.

You're mean! Some insects are nice and harmless! The only insects I currently have in that category are ladybugs, butterflies, and if they don't burn you, fireflies!

The only ones who deserve a special treatement are the ladybug and the bee...
The ladybug is absolutely harmless and eats away plant parasites...
The bee pollinate flowers and fruit tree... no fruit means less food... less food means economy failure..

Bee's are mysteriously disappearing anyways...and lady bugs...I never see them anymore
There aren't any fire flies where I live, but to me, their glowing ass does make them special. :D

I don't know about that man, we had a lady bug infestation one summer and they were pretty pissed off, ones that bit, I swear.
Never had a problem with Fireflies though, haven't seen too many around here to judge them. I'm too scared to kill bugs/insects anyway.

thers nothing wrong with fireflies. they just fly around, they dont bother you. its only the annoying bugs ya kill.

There's is a kind that does, not the steadily glowing ones, but the ones that seem to glow in short burst, you recognize the right away because they look a more like bettles than flies...
And they fucking hurt...

Never seen a firefly in my life before... always wanted to. But, I don't usually kill insects, bugs, or creepy crawlies if they don't bother me. Especially the very ugly but beneficial ones such as spiders, worms, and bees.
But I will never hesitate to stump on a roach till it's creamy...
