You can ask a moderator to get a special permission, or make some good Flash submissions.

or you can just advertise them anywhere except the forums, the collab rules only apply for the BBS...but you won't get much luck in news posts...

is the batting avg 3.5, i thought it was 3 and solo subbmission of 3.5 or over?

nope, unfortunately it has to be 3.5 or over BA
