I enjoy most types of music except rap, but my favorite genres are symphonic/power metal and punk/alternative rock. Most genres of metal appeal to me, however.

I tend to like deathcore because it takes the most skill of any genre in my opinion. The guitar, drums and sometimes the bass are crazy and the vocals take more skill than most people think. I also like punk, metal, and post-hardcore, which is a mix of metal/punk.

The White Album was good. Lennon had a couple of decent tracks but everything else they put out was more or less shit. So yeah, overall I'd say I dislike the Beatles with the exception of one album and a couple of Lennon's solo songs.

Similairly, I tend to dislike rap music but I don't mind some early NWA. See, there's exceptions with everything. I love metal but there are 'metal' bands I can't stand.

It's simply that even though I like some pop, rap, etc. stuff (as I just mentioned), the music that I like from these categories makes up less than 0.5% of the music I listen to, which is why it's safe to say that I dislike those categories.

I can find something i like in every genre, but my most listened to genre would be Progressive. progressive in general too - Metal, Rock, Jazz. you name it. and by progressive jazz, I mean jazz fusion.
