Can You Turn This Into A Preloader?

Ok, Im working on a madness flash and whenever I try to make a preloader for it, it wont work :(
So, can any of you turn into a preloader for me? I will credit you fully. Here is the Image I want the preloader to be. Plz PM me a .fla from the spamtheweb, And thanks for the help!

that isn't even a coded load bar, and due the the fact that you can't even make one yourself, I dunno what you're gonna manage with that

1) That's not a loading bar. It's an animation designed to look like one.

2) You need a decompiler to take that. Which means one thing : Set sail for fail.

PS- The reason others haven't helped you is because many people here think unofficial madness animations are horrible, and because you didn't even ask for help, you pretty much just said "do it".

I did ASK, I said Can You turn This Into A Preloader? Thats a question asking for help. Ive tried preloader tutorials but they dont work. I code it perfectly and nothing. Take all that in a calm way :)

I meant, you didn't say "Can somebody help me make one", but "Can you make this for me".

If you have multiple scenes, some preloaders can be broken by that.

Try checking the preloader tutorial on AS: Main and see if that helps ;D.

3rd, Most NG preloaders cant be fully resized to get the full animation, There is one that is, but that will take hours to cancel out all the extra layers and animations. And sorry for the hostilaty

If you're making a simple bar preloader, it shouldn't be too hard if you're looking at tutorials. All you're doing is dividing the Bytes loaded by the Bytes total, and using that number to set the _xscale of the bar. You then tell the animation to play if the loaded bytes = total bytes.

I usually DO run into some syntax errors a long the way, but just try the AS: Main preloader tutorial once more.
