|okay. so recently my computer got screwd up and i got dell support to help. they did there whole take wireless controll of your comp thing but the first guy was really helpful, but the secong person....not at all.all the second person did was download usless crap on my comp and luckely the idiot knew how to remove allmost all of it exept for one thing... THAT DAMN ADVANCED ANTIVIRUS! i swear to god! does anyone have any idea how to get rid of it? because ive tried to go to add and remove programs but its just not there. :3 <i am so pissed right now| HELP ME!!!

See if it's anywhere under program files in your C: Drive.

if its the same thing that i have, you cant delete it even if you uninstall it from the Add or Remove Programs...it just reinstalls....just leave it to professionals i'd say....
