There's a perfectly good reason for me forgetting that - I've never really been one for submitting flash, so the rules and regs have never really been looked over on that sort of thing :P
I just found out about this co-authors-cause-the-final-UJ-score-mark to rise thing a few days ago. Tom Fulp announced it in late 2007, but for some reason he did it in a topic on General instead of a frontpage post where we'd all have found out about it. Some theorise it was "snuck into effect" for whatever reason.
So I don't think it's so much that you forgot about it, I think it's that you never learned about the rule change, as was definitely the case with me. November 2007 I think the thread was made. I posted in there to ask why the hell it wasn't a news post in an idle fashion, here's the link:
