Sorry but weed doesn't make you crazy and get in car chases and beat on random people like alcohol does. Cigarettes.... well cigarettes are just dumb. Weed can cause minor breathing and coughing problems. But the painkiller relaxation effect makes it all worth it, plus the euphoria is pretty good to.

no its simply the mixture of chemicals that cause the high to be altered. However I sometimes find that smoking a cigarett before or after weed can enhance my high. never tried it during a session though.
