I am fully aware that the change username feature has been removed 2 years ago but is there anyone i can contact to get it changed? Wade never responds to my PMs and tom does but it takes him months to respond. I understand they must get millions of PMs per day so I cant blame them but I need to change my name as soon as possible.

Well first of all is there really a good reason to change your name? I don't think it's very bad.
If you really think it's necessary then you can contact Wade by going on the newgrounds chat room on PalTalk. He is active almost every night. He is a busy guy though so don't get upset if he doesn't do it right away.

Thats what I was thinking at first but contacting him instantly like that may seem like im nagging him and i hate pissing people off. But o well, it seems like theres no other way to do it so ill need to contact someone either way and paltalk would probably be the only fast way to do it. -TY

Why not join the clock crew and become their resident ninja? If they don't already have one already, that is. But your name is actually pretty cool, so I would keep it, but that's just me.

Well looking at his flash animations it looks like he was already a part of the kitty krew. Maybe he should just stay away from spam groups and spamming himself and become the Clock Ninja in which destroys spam submissions with his 0 while they are coming through the portal.

Wade deals with that type of stuff from people all the time when he goes to Paltalk. Doubt he'd be especially mad at you for asking for a name change if you caught him there. If he doesn't do it right away he's either busy or maybe he won't do it because you're part of the KK, although I'd like to think he wouldn't refuse based on that. Still it won't hurt to ask so do it next time you get the chance.
