So this is where I will be posting all of my art from now on. I'll get some of my older stuff in here too.
This is a quick speedpaint that I did yesterday in about 2 hours or so. I was trying to include as many colors as possible without them clashing, but still wanted to have a dark, ominous kind of look. I wasn't really going for realism or proportion.

I just used photoshop, but corel painter works well too (probably better). I'm personally just more familiar with photoshop, so I use that more often.
Just use a tablet with a small brush at low opacity and slowly build up your drawing. And don't undo anything, or you'll lose the effect.

This is a background I did for a flash animation that I'm hopefully going to get done sometime this century. The midground an foreground will be done in either flash or illustrator, but I wanted a more detailed background, which will be stationary.

wow, good job on the sun and clouds. Might want to draw in that bottom part, just in-case you decide to put something that doesnt completely fill up that spot.

This is a character design from a few years ago that I never wound up using. It was pretty cool, but it didn't fit in with the rest of the storyline. The original drawing was 30" x 30" inked by hand, colored in photoshop.
I drew this before I went to art school.

While badass, and an awesome picture. That looks like a Protos Zealot with a paintjob.

something I'm working on. Spending a little more time on this to do it right. I'll post an update when I get more done.
P.S. all artwork I post in this thread is copywritten, for the record. :D

This is a vector of the same character from a few years ago. He's a character in a graphic novel that I have been slowly picking away at finishing for a few years. I might animate it eventually too if I ever work up enough ambition.

Bloody hell I completely forgot about this thread. And the picture I was working on. Guess I may as well put some life back into it. :/
I fixed the ridiculous teen wolf hair and cleaned up the pants, body, face, added mask et cetera.
