People rip on slipknot so much, i think its funny. But the thing is they still have thousands of dedicated fans anyway. If your a slipknot fan nothing anyone says will deter you from liking them. I love slipknot and have loved em from thier first album.

The masks are cool, coreys will look way better when his hair grows a bit.

Also, I don't mind Slipknot. But I consider them a hardcore punk band, rather than Metal. Also, I like Mick Thomson, because his mask is awesome, and Joey Jordison, because he's an awesome drummer.

The reason they wear the masks is because they want the music to be famous not the people which kind of back fired because before i started listening to them i didnt know any of their songs.......

Don't get me wrong, they look pretty good (not as good as, say, Lordi or GWAR, but still decent), but the purpose of a mask is really to cover ones identity. If everyone knows who you are, why bother?
