My uncle recently did a debate for the federalist society, and I think he did a smashing good job. Here's a link to it for all interested, it's about the death penalty. My Uncle gets the floor first, and one of the best things I think he says is that the ACLU should not complain about death penalty costs as they are the ones who drive it up! I do suggest you check it out, it is a rather good debate.
