I'm basically wanting a single programmer, or maybe a team, who i will pay ( not by the hour, but by the final project) around 200 dollars, or 100 pounds. depending where your from, ill pay via pay pal. in installments as the project progresses.
What i need, is a flash game simmilliar to that of the PS2 game : romance of the three kingdoms.
Before your like WHAT?! A PS2 GAME, its a lot simpler than you think, the game is basically all text based, im basically only looking for people who have played it, as id like the flash game to be almost exact same. They dont need to add any graphics as ill get another team to do all that. If anyones interested, please post here.
