If you read the first page, TomFulp said that obviously alts would not be able to win.

It is probably possible for people to use certain methods, but damn those people must have a hell of a lot of free time if they want to significantly increase their chances of winning.

Could you not use an alt account to do the depositing?

It shouldn't be against the rules, considering you'd still only be receiving your one "ticket" a day.

Perhaps the most hilarious thing would be that even if I won $100 from this, most of it would go right back to Tom via the NG store.
