Ok Everyone knows about Diablo 3 by now so I'll just skip over reason 1

not always, look at some of the recent LOTR game, but when its one of those "cash in on the new movie that just came to theaters" things yeah i agree

Wasn´t there supposed to be a Halo and a Warcraft movie?

Other good games based on movies are SW: KotOR 1 and 2. Also the upcoming SW: Force Unleashed seems to be the best SW game so far.

I have 2 reasons to love BLizzard

They havent sold out to EA (screw them) in the long time they have been on the market

They have a good attention to balance, making sure that no one side is overly powerful.

There's many high quality games based on movies. A lot of them are part of the Star Wars Universe. Like Star Wars Batllefront 1 and 2, Knights of the Old Republic, any Lego Star Wars games, etc.
And Star Wars isn't the only god movie-based game.

Back to the point, I really love Blizzard for this.

That is some great news... I just hope that they don't use real human characters. As long as they keep it like the cinimas in their game's then i'll be happy.

Then the smart guy at blizz pulls the big red switch and kills all the servers for about 10 hours+ without any notification in game other then when you're on vent talking with arena buds or raiding friends "oh shit, servers are down"

2. making the Diablo series

the servers are the seven chaos...chaos is power.....power inriched by the heart... the controller is the one that unifies the chaos...
