Make the lines less thicker, and change their colors to grey and that should do.

Well it isn't mine really, I fixed it for a friend and I'm using it until he picks it up xD
Anyways its a Dell Latitude D600. My desktop computer on the other hand is a Dell Inspiron 530 with 2 Gb of ram and I got some GeForce graphics card for it :P
