My sister the devil whore

I live with my two sisters and my mother, my mom is alright except for some of her nagging and guilt trips, one of my sisters(23) is nice sometimes, besides being completely irrational, and my other sister(21) is insane.

The insane one has no consideration for anyone else's feelings, because we're obviously not as important as her. Every time she goes out with her nasty boyfriend, she steals all my other sister's clothes, money, and alcohol, which gets her crazy mad. I have constant fights with her, which has resulted in 3 holes in the walls of my apartment. She doesn't talk to the rest of my family unless there's something in it for her, and my other sister and mom won't stand up to her. I actually got into a fist fight with her once, punched her in the side of the head(I don't give a fuck if she's a girl, she needed a beating), I think throwing lemonade in my face because I wouldn't get off the computer is reason enough.

I want to do something to let her know she's not in charge here, what do you have in mind(be creative)?
