Well I probably didn't give you guys enough material well the hat should look something like
this ( You could just look up colbacco on Google if you need something to fit better ) the skull would be nice like that ( "Skull" on google ) can be on the right or left, whatever you like.

All with the Sepia effect and FatBoyBillyBob in handwriting, the background should look like ancient paper or something. Appriciate it alot

But if you insist, what you do... you paste it in paint (ctrl+v) then use the dashed rectangle tool
select the image, then click on the rectangles corner thing, drag it smaller, and let go. <3

You can download the 30 day trial of Photoshop CS2 here, but you will have to quickly sign up for an Adobe ID (free).

Hey, thanks Hoaders! I appreciate the extra info. I have noticed that, unless it's an abstract image, a pic ends up looking pretty bad when you try to resize it with MS paint. The Sigs you make are awesome! Hopefully I can get one of your works of art, when the time comes for a new Sig. (BTW, not being sarcastic).
