its gd in the fatc it moves but its not really full of anything special of muc animation if u know what i meen which u probably do, i give it a 7/10

just a lil tip. if you wanna do an ng background (24272b for anyone who doesnt know) only fully use it if the image doesnt go over the border of the canvas. cause then it looks slightly odd. instead:

1. make a background and the complete sig. (a 1px border looks good)

2. do a marquee around the sig.

3. edit>copy merged.

4. new. (400x60)

5. on the base layer fill with 24272b.

6. paste.

7. do the text now. put it where you want it.

8. using the lasso, make a rough selection around the text and corner(s) closest to the text.

9. select>feather>20px

10. select your sig layer and hit delete a couple of times. this'll delete some of your sig so it merges with the ng background.

11. save and enjoy :)

i may make a mini tut on this if some of you guys had trouble understanding it but it is pretty straight forward stuff.

Can I have a Grungy background with the Japanese Rising Sun Flag (see my current sig) but can you make the red part Black.. then over it ( not within the circle, just over the flag) over it a kind of distorted/diluted whatever black and white eye blinking.. and my name in distorted grungy writing..
