1) Are you in charge now? Have you suddenly discovered something that people who have been using Flash for years have not discovered, or have discovered that your idea is not the right thing to do.
2) You don't know shit. Setting it to EVENT will fuck the whole thing up. Everyone who is not a n00b knows that STREAM is the only is the only setting to use in collabs.
3) To make the sound better, you have to go to the publish settings and change it there. Before this collab is finished, I'll set it so the sound will be good quality and it will be set on STREAM.

Stop acting like you're the best flash animator out there and you do NOT have a say in what we do. I know what I'm doing when you, obviously, have no idea.

And you better do much better with your part, I'll be honest, at the moment it looks terrible. Unless you fix it in a major way, it will not be accepted.

I apologize for my rant back there. It's not true that you're acting like you're the best animator out there, you're just getting a little cocky by saying "you'll surely accept my part because it's good like yours" and then you say something which is totally the incorrect thing to do.

Just set your sound to stream and work harder on your part. I'm not joking when I said it's terrible and needs a lot of work.

Suggestion:
Don't reserve parts for anyone under a certain B.A. until they have the finished product ready for the collab..people with a past of shitty flashes or no flashes are unreliable

SM, your part is pretty bad, so I'd hope to god his part is at least better than yours. Also, when doing a collab, it doesn't matter what they set their sound too. Surely you of all people would know that in the complete collab .fla, you should have the complete song, and not individual clips of the song pieced together.

Yes, but if they set the sound to event, they can fuck up the syncing in their part by their animation. Setting the sound to stream ends in more accurate results when setting it to event can result in synchronization going all wrong when I add it to the final version. And thanks for the critics, I'll fix my part. =)

That's not really true. In the actual timeline, event and stream produce the same effect, only when it's exported does it change. So, you're right if they actually changed it after viewing the exported version, because they thought the sync was off. But in the timeline, it won't effect anything.

Oh well, the animation it's umm... well it doesnt look bad, but i suggest polishing the art a little bit...

I know the sound rant is over, but, it was pretty pointless, first, dadainsomething said 'after synching' so changing the sound setting wouldnt screw anything cuase the movie was already done, but more important than that, it doesnt matter how you set it, it the end shortie will add the complete song. :)

It's stylish, you have improved a lot shortie, first time i saw you (bobs) i tought you were the noobiest there, but now its another story. Give a little more movement to the vocalist tho, it may be meant to be that way but still looks way too static.

LOL, yeah, I was the n00biest back then and was just lucky to get some awesome animators in my HAND collab. And I'll add some movement to the singer to avoid staticness.

Ah yeah totally understandable. I actually am an effects person when it comes to Flash so I tend to use effects more. And actually, you are 100% right this doesn't need the typical band thingy. I = totally remaking part.

I totally agree with that, i think song videos in general should reflect the song's story, i dont like just the band playing or singing, is flash, you can do pretty much anything with it, you just need to draw and imaginaaation...
But i tought shortie's character's were cute : 3 tho they dont reflect the song's emotion much.

I understand, but it'd be better for the poor thing if you decided now, so he wouldnt work for nothing. If it was too me, i dont particullary like it, but it isnt my collab and i'm not exactly the correct person to ask for oober quality. Plus, danianwhatever can still redeem himself with the meteors.
